SPA tip:

// Facial steam bath: Pour 2 tablespoons of HERBAL BLEN into a bowl with boiling water and inhale for 10 minutes (towel over head). Then strain and enjoy a warm herbal bath.

// Sauna infusion: pour the brew through a sieve and celebrate as a sauna infusion

// Herbal bath: 2 tablespoons in a linen bag and hang in the hot water jet of the bathtub

// Vitamin-mineral detox drink: Pour 1 teaspoon of boiling water over it, let it steep for 10 minutes and add 1 tablespoon of OXYMEL wild herb extract from KRUUT Organics - enjoy with ice and fresh lemon in summer
