Experience has shown that 'wild' sample confusion tends to lead to irritation, which unfortunately is often quickly attributed to the care line. Wrongfully so, as we now know. In most cases, the improper approach to new care products is responsible for intolerance or irritation.

The following applies specifically to switching to new care products:

• wash your hands
• Cleanse and tone skin professionally
• First use the new product on the inside of your arm and, if this occurs without irritation, check the next step on the cheek and neck
• Integrate the new products into your care routine in the morning and evening
• Leave out products that are to be discarded and continue to integrate more products from the new line
• Give your skin at least 6-8 weeks to adapt and renew its cells
• Subtle redness can be a sign of stimulated microcirculation of the skin and tissue - don't throw in the towel straight away :)
• Severe redness or reactions are of course not possible: gently wash off care products with a cool compress and leave the skin alone for now
